Our Property Advisor
QSix Residential Limited acts as Phoenix Spree Deutschland’s Property Adviser and is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the Company’s strategy. Its team brings extensive experience in German residential real estate, with a particular focus on Berlin.
Working closely with the Board, QSix supports portfolio management, condominium sales execution, operational oversight, financing matters and strategic planning, with the aim of delivering long-term value for shareholders.

2007
Phoenix Spree Deutschland is incorporated in Jersey as a closed-ended investment company focused on German residential real estate.
QSix Residential Limited, formerly PMM Residential Limited, raises capital to invest primarily in German residential property.
2015
The Company acquires sister fund PSPF and is admitted to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
2016
A share placing raises additional capital to support portfolio growth.
2017
Targeted acquisitions and disposals further refine the portfolio into a focused Berlin residential platform.
2024
The Company announces a strategy to accelerate condominium sales and reduce debt.
2025
