Founded in 2007 and listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2015, Phoenix Spree is a long term investor in Berlin’s residential, mid-market rental property. As a company, we aim to balance the needs and interests of our different stakeholder groups by improving the quality of accommodation available to our tenants whilst delivering a return to our investors.


Our Business Model

Underpinning our strategy is a business model that involves our Property Advisor’s active management of the portfolio of assets. The key stages of this process involve the acquisition, renovation, and optimisation of properties, driving further reinvestment into the Portfolio.

We aim to balance the needs of our key stakeholder groups by working in partnership with our tenants and our investors to make a positive contribution to living standards and the environment in areas where our properties are located.

Sustainability lies at the core of our business model and, through a targeted programme of significant reinvestment into our properties, we seek to improve the standard of accommodation available to our tenants. PMM Residential Limited acts as our Property Advisor, carrying out the day to day operations of the company. It has an experienced team of property professionals with long-standing experience of the German residential property market.

As of 31st December 2018, we have 96 buildings in Berlin, containing 2,392 apartments and 153 commercial units, totalling 183, 100 square metres.
